A forward-looking strategy that aims to build on the City’s geospatial data capabilities to make better use of government information for evidence-based policy setting and decision making. The lack of clarity around integrated activities makes the planning and development process inefficient and, as a consequence, flood hazards perpetuate. This strategy puts in place a more systematic and integrated approach to data sharing for planning and decision making in order to build climate change resilience, keep citizens safe, and establish vibrant communities. The work was completed under a World Bank Short Term Consultancy.
